Schedule:
Variable - 8 or 12-hour shifts, scheduled 80 hours in a 2-week period. Manager to determine shift upon arrival, with one on-call shift per roster and at least one weekend off per roster.

Requirements:
Active State of HI license by start of assignment More than 2 years of experience Proficient IV skills Familiarity with Stroke, STEMI, and Trauma activations Understanding of core measures and National Patient Safety Goals Familiarity with AIDET and Press Ganey patient customer services
Certifications:
ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, NIHSS (mandatory), NCI and Procedural Sedation (requested, not mandatory) Experience with Meditech EMR, Life pack Defibrillators, Braun IV pumps, Philips Monitoring Systems, and Motorola Radio Systems
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. Perform clinical assessments and respond to medical emergencies effectively. Educate patients and families regarding health concerns and treatment plans. Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record system. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
Compliance / Notes:
Must arrive the Thursday before start to attend the employee health appointment on Friday.
