Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care

Must be available all shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed

Hours:

40 hours per week

Active LPN license in the state

Current BLS certification

Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience

Experience with electronic medical records

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in the Long-Term Care unit.

Administer medications and perform assessments.

Develop care plans and maintain accurate documentation.

Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

Communicate effectively with residents and their families.

Holiday pay is based on hours worked on the holiday.
