Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to deliver immediate, high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The RN will perform assessments, administer treatments, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients upon arrival and determine priority of care
• Administer emergency medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and support staff to deliver comprehensive emergency services
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, adjusting care plans accordingly

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in the state of employment
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Have a minimum of one year of recent Emergency Room or acute care nursing experience
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience working with electronic medical records systems
• Able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
