Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

ICU RN – Critical Care

Schedule:

Nights/Rotating

Assignment Details:

• Contract Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed
  
  Hours:
  
  80 hours every 2 weeks

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Experience in an ICU/CCU setting
• Emergency room experience recommended

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, age-appropriate care to a diverse patient population in the ICU/CCU.
• Coordinate patient care for surgical patients or those with serious respiratory and/or cardiac conditions.
• Maintain patient ratio of 1:2, with additional support as needed based on acuity.
• Float to various departments such as OB, MS, PACU, and ER as per competency level.
• Complete orientation and competency binder as directed.

Compliance / Notes:

• Must work any shifts; no exceptions.
• Holiday pay is based on hours worked on specific holidays.
• Orientation through HR followed by unit orientation.
