Float Med-Surg / Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Kapaau, Hawaii

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 12-Hour Shifts | Days and/or Nights including Weekends and Holidays

• Float between Med-Surg and Emergency Department units based on facility needs
• Deliver direct patient care in a Critical Access Hospital setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population
• Document patient information and care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in both Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department nursing
• Strong proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Ability to work day and/or night shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Prior experience working in a Critical Access Hospital environment
• Demonstrated ability to float and adapt quickly across multiple units

• Opportunity to practice in a unique Critical Access Hospital setting on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii
