Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing support to patients in a hospital or long-term care facility, ensuring high-quality care through a variety of clinical tasks. This role requires flexibility to work any shift, including rotating schedules, to meet patient needs across different care units.

Responsibilities:

• Administer fundamental patient care activities such as assisting with activities of daily living, vital signs, and mobility.
• Support nursing staff by preparing and maintaining patient environments, supplies, and documentation.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement care plans and document patient progress.
• Adhere strictly to established procedures, infection control, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital settings.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, adaptable, and capable of working in diverse care environments.
