The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for an Assistant Tennis Professional who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

• Assist the Head Tennis Professional in delivering tennis and pickleball lessons, clinics, and group programming; support pickleball growth; manage pro shop systems, retail needs, racquet stringing, and equipment recommendations.
• Provide a welcoming, high‑level guest experience including facility orientation, program explanation, equipment and towel service, and accurate entry of guest information into the reservation system.
• Maintain the tennis shop and facilities, including court setup and breakdown, cleaning, organizing retail areas, and keeping supplies fully stocked.
• Answer phones and manage reservations to Four Seasons standards, while professionally assisting guests with resort and local information.
• Maintain strong knowledge of programs and court availability, anticipate guest needs, recognize returning guests, and provide personalized service.
• Ability to drive to support coverage at the Koele Tennis Facility in Lanai City.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty‑four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
• Valid Hawaii Driver’s License
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the tennis industry as a full‑time instructor preferred; experience in a resort, country club, or luxury tennis environment is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain an organized workspace
• Professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed in a fast‑paced, medium-volume setting
• Willingness to learn and assist with group programming, including adult cardio tennis, junior clinics, and advanced player clinics
