Overview
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Hawaii has many outdoor activities all year round including surfing, paddling, diving, fishing, and hiking.
Responsibilities- As the Realty Specialist, responsible for real property inventory, real property audit readiness, real estate transactions, real property assignments, and space utilization management.
- Facilitate real property space assignments, issues and maintains facility assignment (key issue) documentation.
- Analyzes issues according to pertinent policy and regulation and proposes solutions for the issues.
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbents may be assigned to an irregular tour of duty. May be required to work odd hours, weekends and holidays.
- Incumbent shall be required to have a valid State Drivers License obtain and maintain Government Drivers License.
- This position requires 10% temporary duty travel (TDY) 10%.
