REQUIRED EDUCATION

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license for on-farm sample collection activities.

  • Sample collection or processing experience.
  • Experience working with equipment and performing basic troubleshooting.

    SUMMARY

    Seeking motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technicians to support agricultural research, manufacturing process development, and laboratory operations at its Kunia, Hawaii facility.

    This position combines laboratory work, manufacturing support, sample processing, data collection, and occasional field activities. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking hands-on experience in a research and production environment without requiring extensive laboratory experience or advanced scientific degrees.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collect and process samples supporting research and manufacturing programs.
  • Transport samples from field locations to the laboratory for evaluation and testing.
  • Generate and evaluate laboratory-scale samples.
  • Record, organize, and maintain accurate data and documentation.
  • Perform routine data entry and maintain laboratory records.
  • Support process improvement initiatives through data collection and analysis.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining laboratory and processing equipment.
  • Conduct internet and information searches to support problem-solving activities.
  • Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, environmental health and safety requirements, and Responsible Care guidelines.
  • Collaborate with laboratory, manufacturing, research, and operational teams to support project objectives.
  • Manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate and timely results.

    *** MVR check required - role involves driving a company vehicle to local field locations
