The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Cocktail Server to join our food & beverage team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets including 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

Full-Time
Shift: Various (must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays)
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour, based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

A Cocktail Server is responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
