Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the kitchen to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality food production;
Support Chef Leadership in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation standards;
Manage food costs, portion control, and inventory to minimize waste and maximize profitability;
Maintain the organization, purchasing, and receiving of all food items in the storeroom and the wall in and freezer storage of the hotel;
Train, mentor, and develop culinary team members to promote skill growth and career progression
