Sensei Lāna'i, a Four Seasons Resort, offers a luxurious adults‑only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. The resort’s 10 spa halls are Japanese‑inspired oases of calm, featuring ofuro bathtubs, infrared saunas, and private plunge pools. Guests enjoy a menu of wellness classes, spa treatments, world‑class golf and tennis facilities, and dining by Nobu.

The Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to guests. Work authorization is required.

• Demonstrate a passion for guest service and hospitality.
• Provide an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience, conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists, and daily specials, and able to advise guests on dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences.
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests.
• Greet and seat guests when the hostess is unavailable, take reservations, and use the Micros Operating System.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• TB clearance card required by the Hawaii State Department of Health.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Advanced knowledge of wine and food.

• Hourly rate: $16.
