• Expedite all food orders that come out of the window in a timely manner. Make sure that all orders are fulfilled and all modifications to the food orders have been done correctly by the Culinary/Kitchen staff.
• Prep side work and keep condiment products in the back storeroom organized and stocked. Provide the Manager on Duty a daily order for perishable products.
• Sanitize all food areas and surfaces on a daily basis.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well‑being.
