Four Seasons - 3900 Wailea Alanui Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks;
Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and mixed drinks according to recipes and Four Seasons standards;
Take orders from guests seated at the bar and describe items' origins and preparation methods;
Maintain knowledge of food, liquors, wines, beers, and specialty drinks;
Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns and requests
