Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Assists cook by washing, chopping, measuring, peeling, slicing,and portioning and ingredients ( Fruits, veggies, meats, salsas )for all menu items.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, washing dishes, and ensuring kitchen stock is managed.
- Following food safety guidelines to support timely, high-quality meal service.
- Accurateley measuring ingredients for recipes.
- May require additional duties, lifting and assisting in other work areas to ensure opperations runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Excellect communication skills with staff.
- Attention to detail, time management and the ability to work under pressure of a face paced environment.
- Strong sense of hygene
