Location: ‘Ewa Gentry
Discovery Land Company seeks a Club Cook 3 at Makena Golf & Beach Club in Maui to support the culinary team with food preparation, deliveries, and kitchen cleanliness. You will work across stations, follow recipes, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and staff.
The role requires at least 1 year of line/prep cook experience in fine dining or luxury resort/private club, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. English proficiency and teamwork are essential.
