As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing operational procedures, and implementing strategic initiatives that foster a culture of excellence and teamwork. Your leadership will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals while maintaining the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that our patrons love.
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 annually, along with a strong benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a high-quality guest experience
- Manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Implement operational policies and procedures for efficiency
- Monitor financial performance and manage budget to achieve revenue goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract patrons
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and innovation
- Analyze business metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on upscale casual dining
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in staff training and development
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
