- Responsibilities:
Deliver food promptly to correct tables and seats, ensuring accuracy, proper presentation, temperature, and awareness of modifications or allergens while providing friendly, professional guest interaction;
Maintain dining room cleanliness by clearing and resetting tables, sanitizing surfaces, replenishing water, napkins, and condiments, and keeping service areas organized and free of debris;
Support service flow by coordinating dishes, assisting with course setup, transporting dirty items to dish areas, and helping team members during busy periods;
Complete opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies, preparing beverages (coffee, tea, non-alcoholic), polishing glassware and silverware, and setting up/breaking down stations;
Assist with dining room setup and layout, including arranging tables and chairs, to ensure efficient service and an optimal guest experience
