Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality preparation of menu items across Sensei by Nobu, Garden Bar, In-Room Dining, Pool, and the employee Cafeteria.;
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.;
Prepare and execute menu items following recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.;
Manage inventory, stock rotation, waste reduction, and ensure sanitation and safety compliance.;
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
