Four Seasons - 3900 Wailea Alanui Drive - Responsibilities:
Assist food servers with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver from service; attend to guest needs and requests;
Retrieve food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transport it to guest tables; assist with removal of items from guest’s table;
Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations;
Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service; ensure items are polished and in good condition;
Support guest service activities and maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
