Serve guest needs bythe

Kitchen by organizing food orders in the window to give to Food Runner.

Ensure accuracy of orders, with strong attention to allergies and special requests, effectively communicate with pool servers and kitchen team.

• Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to theguestensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  
  Effectively communicatewithculinaryteam and pool team.
• Communicate with pool team via radio for special requests, clarifying orders,allergies and other support.
• Assistin clearing,cleaningandbrining all dirty dishes and silverware back to stewarding,set-up ofexpo,lounge chairs, linens,dishes,acrylicglasswareand silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.

• Minimum six months food& beverageservice or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
  
  Interact with guests andmaintaina well-organized workspace.
• Customer service oriented, attention to detail,maintain professionalism and composure inhigh-paced, high-volume environment, guestrecognitionand remembering preferences.

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
