Location: ‘Ewa Gentry
Four Seasons Maui is seeking a developing line cook (The Cook
4) who supports station operations and begins executing simpler dishes during service. This role emphasizes speed development, improved knife work, early multitasking, and temperature control.
You will perform basic cooking methods, manage multiple fires, and contribute to mise en place planning. A 1–2 year kitchen background, Hawaii Food Handler’s Card, and Serv Safe within 3 months are preferred.
