Little Caesars just got brighter in Hawaii! The parent company of Jamba Hawaii has recently acquired seven Little Caesars locations on Oahu, Hawaii, and we are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our pizza and smoothie Ohana.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager who is passionate about leadership, team development, and operational excellence. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, driving team performance, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and achieving business goals.

• Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members and shift leaders.
• Provide leadership and support to employees while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Help create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels to meet business needs.

• Support daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Monitor restaurant performance and assist with implementing action plans to achieve operational goals.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure all company standards are consistently met.

• Assist with cash handling procedures, deposits, inventory controls, and labor management.
• Support cost control efforts, including food, labor, and supply expenses.
• Complete reports, audits, and administrative tasks accurately and timely.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering products and supplies.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, rotation, and usage of inventory.
• Minimize waste and maintain product quality standards.

• Address operational challenges and employee concerns effectively.
• Support the General Manager in implementing solutions to improve restaurant performance.
• Ensure smooth operations in the General Manager's absence.

• Minimum age of 18.
• TB Clearance is required. (A new test clearance is required if the last test was completed prior to your 16th birthday; otherwise, a TB clearance obtained within 12 months prior to the start date is acceptable.)
• One to three years of leadership or management experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and move throughout assigned shifts.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions in English and request clarification when needed.
• Ability to evaluate products by taste, color, and smell.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or hospitality is a plus.
• Previous Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, Restaurant Manager, or Retail Management experience preferred.
• Experience using computers, smartphones, tablets, and POS systems.
