Location: ‘Ewa Gentry
The State of Hawaiʻi is seeking a Cook II to prepare a variety of entrees and principal meals in a large institutional kitchen. You may supervise kitchen staff and cook helpers and work at a station with several cooking areas, serving a high volume of meals.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, is required. Two years of quantity cooking experience and diverse cooking methods are essential for this role.
