Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is seeking a Bartender who shares a passion for excellence and brings enthusiasm to every interaction. This role involves creating exceptional guest experiences, showcasing intimate knowledge of the resort, and exemplifying the Golden Rule in all service.

• Prepare and serve drinks with consistency, accuracy, and personalized artistry.
• Provide warm, professional, anticipatory service to bar guests and assist kitchen and dining staff with beverage support.
• Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the bar menu, seasonal offerings, extensive wine list, and pairing recommendations.
• Adhere to fine‑dining standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation at the bar.
• Engage guests with refined conversation, menu guidance, and education about cocktails, wine, and spirits.
• Manage inventory levels of bar ingredients and supplies; assist with counting, ordering, and restocking as needed.
• Follow proper cash handling, check procedures, PCI guidelines, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, sommeliers, servers, and management to ensure a fluid guest experience.
• Maintain mise en place and readiness for service, including pre‑p prep of garnishes, glassware, syrups, and tools.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktail menus and beverage pairings.

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance card required by the Hawaii State Department of Health.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Proficiency in reading and using computer systems.
• Strong customer service skills.
