Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the bar menu, any seasonal offerings, the extensive wine list, and pairing recommendations. Engage guests with refined personalized conversation, menu guidance, and education about cocktails, wine, and spirits.

Work seamlessly with kitchen, sommeliers, servers, and management to ensure a fluid guest experience. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.

Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems.
