In-Room Dining Coordinator

$23.86 per hour

The In-Room Dining Coordinator is the backbone of the department. Responsibilities include answering phones, taking orders for in-room dining requests, preparing amenities, and coordinating the workflow of the department to ensure seamless and timely service for guests. The ideal candidate will be kind, helpful, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred.

• Previous Food & Beverage service experience required
• Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with cohesive work style
• Calm, courteous, and attentive to guest needs
• Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• TB Clearance and Food Handlers Certificate required
