Job SummaryThe Sales Lead – Food & Beverage (F&B) Locations provides exceptional guest service while supporting daily food, beverage, and retail operations. This position assists the Store Director F&B and Assistant Store Director F&B in leading team members to deliver memorable guest experiences and achieve sales performance goals. As an entry‑level supervisory role, the Sales Lead F&B helps ensure operational readiness, coaches team members in real time, and supports café and marketplace operations.
The Sales Lead also performs keyholder responsibilities including opening and closing procedures, higher‑level transactions, and accurate cash and safe balancing. This role blends food & beverage service, retail sales, and team leadership in a fast‑paced environment focused on hospitality and operational excellence.
- Leads by example to deliver exceptional guest service and model company standards of performance and behavior.
- Supports Store Director F&B and Assistant Store Director F&B in leading the sales and café team to ensure optimal guest experiences.
- Provides real‑time coaching and guidance to team members during shifts.
