This isn’t typical retail. You’ll work in a high‑energy, tourism‑driven environment where every day you meet people from around the world—and help them celebrate special moments.

• Support merchandising, restocking, and store presentation

• Assist with opening/closing and daily operations

• Retail or customer service experience (preferred)
• Friendly, outgoing personality—you enjoy talking to people
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, tourism‑driven environment
• Reliable and flexible (weekends/holidays included)
• Basic tech comfort (iPad, POS systems)

Balsam Hill Studio, an extension of our holiday brand Balsam Hill®, reimagines souvenir shopping, offering premium ornaments unique to each store's location. The Balsam Hill Studio retail store at Whalers Village in Lahaina, HI will feature unique, handcrafted ornaments specific to Hawaii.
