Store Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Part-time Store Customer Service Specialist to support customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll greet and assist walk-in and professional customers, answer product questions, and process orders using POS systems. Responsibilities include tinting paint, stocking and rotating inventory, merchandising shelves, and keeping the store clean and safe. You'll learn our industry-leading paints and coatings, support sales initiatives, and collaborate with teammates while receiving ongoing training and development for future growth with Sherwin-Williams.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail and professional customers, providing product information and solutions
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
• Tint and mix paint accurately to customer specifications
• Maintain merchandising standards, restock shelves, and rotate inventory
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory and store supplies
• Keep the sales floor, tinting area, and stockroom clean, organized, and safe
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and in-store displays
• Handle basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns to store management
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and company policy guidelines
• Participate in training to build product knowledge and customer service skills
