Route Sales Representative

Join Frito-Lay as a Route Sales Representative. Salary includes a $10,000 sign‑on bonus (based on performance and eligibility). You will drive the company’s truck, deliver, sell, and merchandize a full line of Frito‑Lay products to local stores.

• Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training.
• Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
• Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
• Attend scheduled times and maintain proper records throughout the day.
• Work in a fast‑paced and physical environment; duties may include working weekends and holidays.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
