We are creating an energized, relationship‑driven opportunity for a National Account Director who can immediately impact revenue for our luxury resorts. The role focuses on corporate incentive travel, executive retreats, and high‑touch luxury group experiences.
Responsibilities- Own and grow the Incentive & Luxury Group segment by proactively generating and closing corporate incentives, executive retreats, and luxury group business.
- Leverage existing relationships to deliver immediate revenue impact and identify high‑value opportunities aligned with each hotel’s premium positioning.
- Activate your network by utilizing established connections with incentive houses, corporate planners, and luxury advisors, and maintain a strong presence in the incentive and luxury travel community.
- Represent the Prince Resorts Hawaii brand at key industry events, trade shows, and client engagements.
- Deliver high‑touch sales experiences by crafting compelling, tailored proposals, leading immersive site inspections, and anticipating client expectations.
- Drive the sales process with precision—manage the full lifecycle from prospecting to closing, structure creative, value‑driven deals, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations.
- Make and exceed quarterly and yearly goals within the luxury corporate market.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align luxury service delivery and program customization, support team initiatives, and step in to broader sales leadership when needed.
- Maintain strong skills with sales applications (CI‑TY, Delphi Opera, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and be well‑versed in the sales process—including contract creation and service delivery.
- Develop and communicate a site inspection strategy, strengthen relationships with new and existing group accounts, and attend industry events to grow the customer base.
- Provide an elevated level of guest service, maintain organizational skills, and partner with industry organizations such as the Island of Hawaii Visitors Bureau and Oahu Visitors Bureau.
- Meet or exceed booking goals, perform administrative tasks (contracts, proposals, solicitation letters), and create/use sales presentations and tools.
- Be available to travel to Mainland and Hawaii as needed, attend/lead sales‑related meetings, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Support hotel goals and objectives by acting as a strong team player, assisting the Area Director of Sales/Group, and performing additional duties such as creating and maintaining SOPs.
- Actively participate in industry and community initiatives, represent Prince Resorts Hawaii professionally, and attend REVMAX and resort management meetings when scheduled.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Four‑year college degree preferred.
$90,000 to $120,000 annually.
