Dealership: L0280 Honolulu Ford – Honolulu Ford Now Hiring - Commercial Sales Manager.

Full Time

• The Commercial Sales Manager solicits commercial fleet accounts and ensures deliveries of all fleet sales meet the highest standard.
• The Fleet Manager determines and presents the terms of purchase to customers and helps them choose products that suit their needs.
• Develop and prospect local businesses for sales and service needs.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Eliminate any customer confusion.
• Ensure all cars are properly tagged with MSRP, ADM, Buyer’s Guides, and Warranty Disclosures.
• Be an expert on product knowledge and share this knowledge with the sales team.
• Ensure exact customer counts and logging of all customer contact into the Performance Dashboard.

• Communication skills – communicate effectively with others.
• Presentation skills – ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
• Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time.
• Mathematics – ability to solve basic math calculations.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
