The Regional Training Specialist
- Hawaii will train and educate customers, prospects, and consumers on the Hydrafacial device, consumables, and products throughout the assigned region. This position will work together with our Training & Education and Marketing teams to showcase the Company and device at consumer trade shows, experience center functions, and corporate events with the unified goal of enhancing Hydrafacial awareness and utilization across lines of business throughout the region.
This role will focus on the sale of capital equipment by selling into aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducts new device installations, clinical in-office hands-on training for new providers, and refresher training within assigned regions.
- Supports and helps deliver in-person training programs, in partnership with the Training & Education team, field sales, and corporate and retail accounts, including the HFX franchise.
- Performs treatments to support corporate, training, marketing, and regional initiatives.
- Maintains efficient routing strategies to ensure timely and consistent coverage throughout the territory.
- Documents all activities within the territory to support close monitoring and update customer information within our CRM system.
- Collaborates with local team (RSD, CSM, BDM, IBDM) to ensure clear communication, defined roles and responsibilities, and meet expectations of customers in the territory.
- Attends and supports industry trade shows, as needed.
- Utilizes marketing tools and resources to increase engagement around the Hydrafacial device and products and strategic selling initiatives.
- Documents activity and trends in the field and communicates comprehensive data information and analysis to the National Training Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience/Skills/
Education:
- College degree or Licensed Esthetician
- Minimum 3+ years of related esthetics and/or clinical training experience
- Prior experience in a field-based role with extensive travel
- 75% or more travel via vehicle and plane is required.
- Extensive passion for training and educating customers, potential clients, and employees on devices and products.
- Experience with and thorough knowledge of skin care ingredients and concerns.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate plans to others.
- Possess a strong sense of urgency and organizational and follow-up skills.
- Clinical hands-on training experience preferred
- Esthetician license is strongly preferred
- Sales experience
Base Pay: $50.00 / hour
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Hydrafacial's total rewards package for our employees.
