Job Description- Generate and evaluate lab-scale samples for technical, research, and manufacturing support programs.
- Perform laboratory testing to support product development and customer technical programs.
- Troubleshoot, operate, and maintain laboratory and production equipment.
- Support machine scale-up activities and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, logs, notebooks, and electronic documentation.
- Conduct internet and technical information searches to support problem-solving.
- Follow EHS, SOPs, and Responsible Care guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, research, and other cross-functional teams.
- Interface with customers when needed to support technical activities.
- Deliver timely and accurate results to support product quality and business objectives.
- Strong laboratory testing and analytical skills.
- Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer applications and electronic recordkeeping.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check.
- Shift Start: 07:00 AM
- Ability to work safely in a laboratory environment.
- Must follow all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Capable of supporting production, research, and customer-focused projects.
- Ability to work with multiple supervisors and adapt to changing priorities.
- Estimated Salary: $21.63 to $29.63 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
