Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help improve processes, maintain product quality, and support business objectives while following safety and quality standards.

• Generate and evaluate lab-scale samples for technical, research, and manufacturing support programs.
• Perform laboratory testing to support product development and customer technical programs.
• Troubleshoot, operate, and maintain laboratory and production equipment.
• Support machine scale-up activities and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, logs, notebooks, and electronic documentation.
• Conduct internet and technical information searches to support problem-solving.
• Follow EHS, SOPs, and Responsible Care guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, research, and other cross-functional teams.
• Interface with customers when needed to support technical activities.
• Deliver timely and accurate results to support product quality and business objectives.

• Strong laboratory testing and analytical skills.
• Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer applications and electronic recordkeeping.

• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
• Shift Start: 07:00 AM
• Ability to work safely in a laboratory environment.
• Must follow all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Capable of supporting production, research, and customer-focused projects.
• Ability to work with multiple supervisors and adapt to changing priorities.

• Estimated Salary: $21.63 to $29.63 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
