The main duties of the Security Officer are to control access and egress to and from areas of the hotel and residences under Four Seasons supervision, protecting company assets from theft, fire, damage and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all persons on the premises.

The Security Officer is part of a 24‑hour security team responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for guests and personnel. The role includes:

• Actively participate in day‑to‑day security operations to ensure the safety of guests, personnel and property.
• Patrol interior and exterior of the hotel, confronting situations or individuals requiring investigation.
• Handle and document accidents and suspicious individuals on the premises.
• Implement policies, procedures and instructions regarding security and safety.
• Assist in preventive safety and security programs.
• Document all incidents related to crime, subversion, liability and insurance, maintaining objective and comprehensive reports.

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Preferred experience in CPR, first aid and fire prevention.
