Allied Universal - Up to $21.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying visitor authorization when required, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and documenting unusual activity.;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and location contacts.
