Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and support check-in and entry procedures in accordance with location guidelines;
Assist with security-related incidents such as disturbances, trespassing, property-related concerns, and/or emergency situations while maintaining professionalism and customer service standards
