Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and public areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, assist with directions, and report unusual conditions or maintenance-related concerns;
Support a welcoming location environment by observing activity, assisting with security-related requests, and following post orders for hospitality-focused operations
