Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a hotel and resort environment;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating issues to site leadership and/or first responders when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, exterior grounds, and other common areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe on-site activity, and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations according to Allied Universal and location guidelines;
Support hotel and resort operations by assisting with directions, documenting daily activity, and communicating clearly with guests, staff, and management regarding security-related matters
