As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Kapaa, HI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule.

Pay Rate: $24.40 / Hour

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and support check-in and entry procedures in accordance with location guidelines.
• Assist with security-related incidents such as disturbances, trespassing, property-related concerns, and emergency situations while maintaining professionalism and customer service standards.

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
