This role is r responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the site through patrols, access control, and emergency response activities. Performs security operations under general supervision while supporting daily site protection needs.

• Periodically patrol buildings and grounds of industrial plants, commercial establishments, docks, logging camp areas, or work sites
• Monitor and safeguard assigned access points and guardhouse operations
• Conduct foot patrols and mobile patrol activities
• Respond to emergency situations and provide CPR if needed
• Perform duties under general supervision and report to a supervisor or manager
• Complete a variety of security-related tasks while exercising sound judgment and initiative

• Knowledge of standard security concepts, practices, and procedures
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in changing work conditions
• Emergency response capability, including CPR

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 4–6 years of experience in security or a related field
• Active Hawaii Guard Card (required at time of submission)

• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Start Time: 07:00 AM
• Must have an active Hawaii Guard Card; candidates without an active card will not be considered
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Officers will not carry any type of weapons
• Work includes a combination of guardhouse posting, foot patrols, mobile patrols, and emergency response
• Schedule is based on business needs with rotating shifts:
  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM
• No guaranteed shift start time

• Pay: $25 per hour
