Security Officer

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Security Officer who shares a passion for excellence and brings enthusiasm to every task. The role supports a safe and secure environment through continuous patrol of guest, employee, and public areas, loss prevention, enforcement of security policies, and adherence to health and safety regulations. This position may involve work in the resort, hotel, spa, or other Four Seasons Lana’i entities.

• Patrol guest, employee, and public areas on foot and by vehicle to maintain order, deter incidents, and protect property.
• Control and authorize access to designated areas for guests and employees, including conducting temperature checks when required.
• Answer telephone calls to provide information, respond to inquiries, and relay messages courteously and professionally.
• Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and other personnel to prevent theft and ensure facility security.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports documenting daily activities, security incidents, property damage, theft, unauthorized access, or unusual occurrences.
• Enforce rules and policies by warning individuals of violations and escorting violators from the premises when necessary.
• Respond to alarms, investigate disturbances, provide basic first aid and CPR when needed, and contact police, fire, or emergency services to ensure prompt and effective incident response.

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Availability for 24‑hour, seven‑day operations, including holidays and weekends.
• Hawaii Driver’s License and a clean abstract. Guard Card, First‑Aid, CPR, and AED certificates are also required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
