Shift Work RequirementsAll applicants must be available to work rotating shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays.
Job ResponsibilitiesPerform routine manual and semi‑skilled tasks to assist a building maintenance worker or a skilled building tradesperson with building maintenance and repair work. Tasks are relevant to carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical trades, and may include other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Legal authorization to work in the United States: U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or other individuals eligible for unrestricted employment.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in performing a variety of building maintenance repair work, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Valid driver’s license at the time of appointment.
- Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) clearance – Federal Criminal History Records Check. The applicant must not have been convicted of a disqualifying offense within the past ten years. The cost for the records check is the applicant’s responsibility.
