The Point at Poipu is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician III to join our Facilities team. Under general supervision, this role performs a wide range of maintenance, repair, and preventative duties to ensure our resort's systems, equipment, and guest areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Schedule Details
Our Maintenance Department operates 7 days a week and 8 hours shift will be assign between 5am
-10pm including weekends and holidays.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
* Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and mechanical repairs.
* Operate, maintain, and repair resort systems, tools, and equipment with Safety as the top priority.
* Identify and report potential safety hazards to the Senior Chief of Facilities or Facilities Supervisors.
* Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on resort systems and equipment.
* Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints, work orders, and trouble calls.
* Maintain monthly inventory, manage supply orders, and coordinate with vendors for replacement parts and materials.
* Complete and update tasks through Asgard work order system.
* Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) daily.
* Complete all required training and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.

* High school diploma or GED.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field.
* Valid Hawaii state Driver's License
* Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
* HVAC / EPA 608 / Universal Certification
* Effective communication and customer service skills.
