Supervises a work crew and participates in the performance of a variety of repetitive, unskilled and semi‑skilled manual work tasks in connection with construction, maintenance or repair of roads, grounds, buildings and equipment; performs other related duties as assigned.

• Legal Authorization To Work
  :
  Citizens, nationals, permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment.
• Experience and Training
  : 3 years of manual unskilled and/or semi‑skilled work experience in general construction and/or maintenance (or equivalent training).
• Knowledge of
  :
  Common hand tools and equipment, methods, procedures, materials, and safety practices used in construction and maintenance.
• Ability to
  :
  Operate and maintain simple construction and maintenance tools; manage subordinates and obtain good results; give and receive oral and written instruction; plan and review the work of laborers; perform heavy lifting, moving, digging or other manual work typical of the class.
• Driver's License
  :
  Valid driver's license required at time of appointment.
• Lifting and Carrying
  :
  Able to lift and carry items of various weights with or without reasonable accommodation.
