Duties SummaryPerforms skilled plumbing work in the repair, maintenance, and installation of plumbing systems and equipment; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements- LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK:
The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State to be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States. - State of Hawaii Plumber License:
Applicants must possess a valid State of Hawaii Journey Worker Plumber License or Master Plumber License at the time of application. - Driver's License:
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment. - Federal Criminal History Records Check:
Persons considered for employment in positions which require unescorted access to secured areas must undergo a fingerprint-based criminal history record check. Applicants must not have been convicted, or found "not guilty by reason of insanity," of a disqualifying criminal offense within 10 years from the date of the application.
