Assist HVAC Lead and other HVAC Technicians with installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of a variety of HVAC systems
Job Functions:- Read and understand steps of processes for specific tasks
- Perform work with a focus on safety and quality
- Always maintain professional appearance and attitude
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
- Work as a team - flexible, responsible, able to develop solutions to problems
- Responsible for maintaining clean and organized job site
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized work vehicle
- Become familiar with proper tools and various materials for jobs
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate with various personality types
- Attention to detail and able to complete work by deadline
- Motivated to learn everything required for HVAC system installation
- Organization and time management skills
- Able to calmly handle problems and provide solutions
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Must be able to lift minimum 50 pounds
- Able to work outdoors, on roofs, in attics and crawl spaces
Job Site: Kapaa
Schedule: Monday
- Friday (full-time)
Starting Pay: $25 per hour plus (Depending On Experience)
