Job Purpose
The Clinician provides culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and evidence-based counseling and therapeutic services for youth and their families. The role includes conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and delivering youth, family, and group interventions that support healing, stability, and positive long-term outcomes. Responsibilities are equivalent, with licensed clinicians eligible for higher compensation to reflect additional clinical qualifications and scope of practice.
