Identity and Access Management (IAM) Quality Engineer
We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Quality Engineer for a globally distributed, diverse and inclusive environment in Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA). You will take a lead role in delivering a next‑generation authentication platform for the firm’s global clients and customers, consistent with firm and industry best‑practices, standards and architectural patterns. Embedded within the engineering team as their Quality Engineer, you will take the primary responsibility for assuring quality for the platform.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated, show initiative and be familiar with all technical aspects of large‑scale deployments, working closely with multiple disparate teams to deliver performant and scalable solutions to Production environments.
- Contribute to the creation of functional and regression automation test suites.
- Analyze test results, record test activities and track defects.
- Clearly articulate and communicate project status.
- Manage priorities and set expectations when faced with multiple demanding tasks.
- Work as part of a Scrum team in an Agile development process.
- Take part in all Scrum activities.
- Bachelor degree (with relevant experience) preferred.
- Hands‑on Test Project execution.
- Experience in using test automation tools for web applications & API.
- Experience in creating test automation with UI & API based automation frameworks.
- Experience in Core Java, Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber, Groovy, Postman, JMeter, REST Assured, Eclipse IDE, Maven, Jenkins, IntelliJ and similar tools.
- Experience in creating performance test using JMeter.
- Experience in execution and test‑result analysis of performance test results using Blazemeter.
- Experience in testing frameworks essential.
- Have a strong QA base, knowledge in testing types & practices.
- Proficient in testing techniques.
- Financial Services systems experience with understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile environment on a Scrum team essential.
- Ability to use initiative and willingness to generate ideas to continuously refine testing processes to improve quality.
- Comfortable communicating cross‑functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication across all levels.
- Problem resolution – good investigation, innovation and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage own day‑to‑day workload, and ensure delivery to required deadlines.
